If you are lucky and live in Ohio...the Ohio legislature passed a bill so that all seniors 60 and up can go to any state college or university for FREE...you dont get credits, but at our age, isnt all about the learning a new thing? You also dont have to take the tests or write the papers unless you want to (most of us choose to, for the heck of it). At The Ohio State University you can take just about anything...from music to art to welding to comparative literature.

I was fed up with American women. Left the US, moved to the Phillipines.

Lucky for me I met My bride, full of honesty, christian women, christisn background, dedicated to our marriage and to me. We have a good relationship and marriage.

The only thing I did wrong was move back to the US. Except that we are working on her citizenship, now. All the fresh seafood, warm weather year round. beaches, tall trees, fresh fruit.

People have a wonderful since of humor.

GREAT PLACE

Woman always put men down, they say we are not trustworthy and we have affairs. Well, who do they think men have affairs with? I did not have an affair during my marriage, faithful to the core. Divorced almost 26 years now. I have been used and taken advantage of. One relationship kept breaking up with me and then would returned. After doing this several times i asked what is going on and her reply was, she was asked out by someone she wanted to go with so she would break up with me because she knew i would not like her dating while with me. When she discovered he/they were not as good as I she would returned. Obviously i ended the relationship. Another was attracted to me and after a few months, for my birthday she bought me clothes because she did not like what i wore. Where was the attraction to begin with. I was dumped several times because they did not think i was really as nice as i appeared. My 40 year old son just experienced this. I am now 71, i have the earliest stage of Leukemia and Diabetes and no one wants to know me. I now understand why a good friend quit his job, sold his house and moved to Thialand. A few years later he met someone and is now happily married. I am having more luck meeting ladies on line who are in other countries. I personaly think it does not matter where you live, if your a nice guy, they do not believe you and do not want to know you.

You forgot one major area and that being the very large area between Dallas and San Antonio. Ya'll have heard about Texas women and how beautiful and friendly they are.

Well, they are also very plentiful.

The problem with online dating sites is that they always ask your birthday and what you want in your partner. Most men are looking for younger women, but most women do not want older men. They also ask what you want in a partner. Most of us know more what we don't want than what we want. Experience is a great teacher. No one wants to hear or see someone who is honest and just says, "I'm really not looking for anything", or "I'm just looking!" I, for example, am happy and content being single, however, it would be nice to have a group of single friends with whom to share life. I don't like going out with my female friends when I sense that all they are doing is "looking". I would enjoy the companionship of male friends because they bring a different perspective to many topics that my female friends do not have, yet somehow it always gets all twisted up into "dating". I understand why men run away from women when they feel that they are being smothered. Why can't single seniors just enjoy one another's company without the pressure of love and marriage.
