My wife and I are 71 and are college educated. We finally arrived at what we

think is the right coverage for 2011 -- but what a nightmare. Different stories from different phone center reps at the same company, hangups when these reps

are ill-trained and don't know the answer, etc.

I don't have the answer, but simplification is definitely needed!!!

I have read somewhere on the news that something like "Wise Health Insurance" is offering lowest health insurance rate for low and middle income families so search online and find them.
