6. St. Petersburg, Fla.; 41.6 years.

7. Thousand Oaks, Calif.; 41.5 years

8. Honolulu, Hawaii; 41.3 years

You missed the leader: Englewood FL boosts 87% retirees. This according to sources is the highest percentage in the nation...maybe that's hwy we call it wrinklewood.
