Delaware is Booming..no pun intended..but this little gem of a State has it all, gorgeous beaches, quaint towns, shopping outlets, tons of restaurants, golf, countless things to do and explore. Not to mention great mid-atlantic weather and LOW Taxes.

I would have thought Delaware would have been ranked in the top 10. Low Low property taxes, NO SALES TAX, low auto insurance and easy access to NJ, PA and NY. I"ve been in housing for over 20 years and you really can live larger for less in Delaware.
