For Retirees, the Allure of College Towns

I thought about this type move for myself last October. I began searching the internet for small towns near universities and I wanted to live somewhere very "green" meaning I love the pine trees and rain! I located Oregon State University which is about 1.3 miles from the City Center of Corvallis, Oregon. There are many cultural events in Corvallis, a farmers market and a river that runs alongside the town. My ideal place to relocate! Only thing stopping me is the fear of trying to do this alone!
