How can your reporter justify this statement--"At a time when layoffs are common, it's wise to not be the only employee criticizing the 401(k) plan. "Particularly in today's economy, you don't want to sound like a complainer," says Loeper." The employer is responsible for wasting millions in high fees, victimizing theirwon workers, yet you want to absolve them of any responsibility. That sounds like the same policy for the bank bailouts.
