Chesterfield is located along the Missouri River, about 25 minutes west of downtown St. Louis.

Chesterfield Commons is known as the longest outdoor strip mall in America. When finished, it will be over 2 million square feet and 1.5 miles long.

Faust Park offers visitors recreational activities, as well as educational programming. A historic 19th century village and Thornhill Mansion are on the park grounds.
