While many places in Florida and Arizona continue to attract older residents, some surprising new cities in Texas, Oregon, and Tennessee are becoming increasingly popular places to retire. These 10 cities had the highest average net inflows of residents age 55 and older between 2008 and 2010, based on a Brookings Institution analysis of Census Bureau data.
